We are looking to add a Senior Manual Tester to our team, specializing in Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.

Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth test procedures for Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to obtain necessary project details
- Identify defects through functional, regression, and performance testing
- Efficiently record, manage, and monitor bugs
- Offer insights during daily briefings and sprint planning meetings with project teams
- Refine and optimize current testing strategies and implement new enhancements where required
- Uphold the consistency and dependability of the software solutions
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in QA testing, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and Data Cloud
- Proficiency in source-to-target data mappings
- Comprehensive understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Outstanding analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Capability to work effectively within a diverse, multi-vendor team environment
- Advanced level (C1+) in English language proficiency
Nice to have
- Familiarity with automation testing tools and frameworks
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Marketing Cloud Consultant
- Experience with Agile project methodologies
