Senior DevOps Engineer Description
We are actively seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing the tooling, processes, and support that the team requires to reliably deploy applications to production, make some development for the team, detect issues, and roll back changes. You will ensure Service Level Objectives are met and applications can scale to cope with the demand.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

Responsibilities
- Take the lead in deploying the squad's work into production
- Lead the development of infrastructure and pipelines within the squad while adhering to the standards
- Highlight deviations from technology standards to the Technical Design Authority (TDA)
- Provide support for reliable application deployment, development, issue detection, and change rollback
- Ensure Service Level Objectives are met and applications can scale to meet demand
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the success of DevOps projects
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Advanced proficiency in AWS Cloud Development Kit and Amazon CloudWatch for efficient cloud development and monitoring
- Extensive experience in Docker and AWS Lambda for containerization and serverless computing
- Strong expertise in Java and Groovy for developing and maintaining robust infrastructure and pipelines
- Proven track record in Jenkins for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes
- Solid understanding of AWS services including but not limited to EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudTrail, CloudWatch, RDS, and IAM
- Expertise in Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and configuration management
- Experience in modern CI/CD practices and tools including Git, GitLab, Concourse, and Jenkins
- In-depth knowledge of Linux troubleshooting, alerting & dashboarding, source control, and application languages/frameworks
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork
- B2+ English level proficiency
Nice to have
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, and TypeScript for automation and development tasks
