Junior Pre-sales Analyst Description
We’re looking for a Research Analyst to join EPAM’s global Sales Enablement Team. The team primarily works with EPAM Business Development Organization and assists with providing in-depth analysis on companies and markets.
Your role will involve conducting research on various companies (new logos, current accounts, competitors), verticals, and technology trends.
At EPAM Belarus, employees have the flexibility to choose the environment that suits them best. You can work from any location in Belarus, whether it's your home or our offices in Minsk, Grodno, Brest, Gomel, Mogilev or Vitebsk.

Responsibilities
- Collate information related to company’s business structure, market positioning, IT landscape and initiatives, etc., analyzing pain points and growth opportunities, focus areas
- Perform in-depth research on target markets, identifying key market drivers and trends
- Create well-structured reports, presentations, and summaries based on the collected data and research findings
- Present information to internal client-facing stakeholders to support strategic decision-making and business development strategy
- Leverage analytical sources (Gartner, Forrester, CB Insights, etc.)
Requirements
- University Degree in International Relations, Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, IT
- Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills
- Experience in data collection and analysis
- Ability to work in a team, meet deadlines, be ready to go the extra mile
- Good written and spoken English is a must (B2+ level)
