Junior Business Analyst Nicosia, Cyprus

Responsibilities

• Design and prepare customer reports, dashboards and analysis
• Create business, data and workflow models
• Analyze business questions and deliver business answers
• Understand current business processes and elicit business, system requirement and improvement needed to optimize business rules, workflow processes and batch jobs to ensure nimble and flexible system
• Support post implementation review and queries from business users
• Maintain necessary documentation and provide appropriate status reporting
• Manage stakeholder expectations on project deliverables, prioritization and negotiation

Requirements

• Degree in Economics/Information Technology/Life Science
• Minimum 1-year of working experience as a Business Analyst
• Familiarity with Agile methodology
• Experience in modelling and analysis of business processes
• Ability to write technical documentation
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Ability to collaborate with distributed teams and client stakeholders
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Fluency in English
