Senior Business Analyst Description
We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team, focusing on delivering high-quality analytical support for our financial services products.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and wealth management, with significant experience in product management and business analysis.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the onsite proxy product owner to understand the product vision and roadmap
- Identify product capabilities as well as features and functions
- Define epics, stories, and success criteria
- Elaborate stories, discuss business logic and expected business results
- Manage product scope and prioritize capabilities, epics, and stories
- Engage in sprint review demos and provide constructive feedback
- Monitor feedback to ensure it's integrated in the backlog and prioritized appropriately
- Assist in incident triaging
- Serve as the primary point of contact for any business-related questions or clarifications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis and requirements management
- Background in financial services
- Skills in product management
- Knowledge of Agile, Requirements Analysis, and Requirements and Change management
- Proficiency in Scrum methodologies
- Business acumen with the ability to provide insights from both business and customer perspectives
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Competency in paying attention to details

- Experience in wealth management
- Exposure to Jira, Mural, and Scaled Agile Framework
