Lead ServiceNow Engineer Description
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Lead ServiceNow Engineer to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for technical supervision, solution design, and hands-on development as part of a greenfield ServiceNow ITSM implementation project. Your work will include the creation of both a front-end portal and corresponding backend modules. This is a great opportunity for a knowledgeable professional who is ready to take on leadership duties and guide a team through a major IT service management implementation.
This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Georgia, whether it's your home, well-equipped offices in Tbilisi and Batumi or a coworking space in Kutaisi.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a small implementation team, while providing technical guidance and support
- Architect and design comprehensive solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Ensure the solution's alignment with business requirements and industry best practices
- Execute hands-on development including customization, scripting, and configuration of ServiceNow
- Oversee code quality and implementation of development standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to convert functional requirements into technical solutions
- Perform code reviews and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise during implementation
- Stay updated on ServiceNow capabilities and continuously work towards improvements
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including front-end portal and corresponding backend modules
- Proven track record of leading and managing a team implementing end-to-end ServiceNow ITSM solutions
- Expertise in the technical areas of ServiceNow ITSM such as solution design, development, scripting, and configuration
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills, including experience with code reviews and troubleshooting during the implementation phase
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts
- English B2 and above
