Senior Business Analyst (Supply Chain & Logistics) Description
We are looking to bring on board a highly meticulous and strategic Senior Business Analyst with a specialization in Supply Chain & Logistics.
In this position, you will work intimately with business collaborators, regional and local IT units, along with various software providers, to deliver solutions that match business needs, with a focus on enhancing our supply chain and logistics operations.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Greece.

Responsibilities
- Pinpoint, assess, delineate, and record intricate requirements that bolster project and business goals in the Supply Chain & Logistics domain
- Translate business requirements into comprehensive functional/technical documents
- Aid users in functional acceptance testing for updates and new software deployments that assist project completions
- Engage in the deployment and configuration of eCommerce and digital marketing tools
- Organize internal business and technical groups to finalize specifications
- Serve as the go-to expert throughout project phases, offering support and management in designated functional sectors
- Ensure functional and technical assistance to maintain effective and efficient system operations
- Conduct and manage training sessions for users to facilitate change management, partnered with the Regional IT department
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of pertinent experience in supply chain or logistics
- Proficiency in managing BA stakeholders and documenting BA artifacts
- Skills in planning business analysis activities and managing business analysis information
- Understanding of eCommerce and digital marketing tools
- Background in deploying and adjusting technology solutions within a supply chain or logistics setting
- Familiarity with methodologies for functional acceptance testing
- Qualifications in delivering both functional and technical support in a corporate setting
- Competency in orchestrating cross-functional groups to reach business goals
