Salesforce Business Solution Architect Remote

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical and functional leader on Salesforce projects
• Facilitate discovery and working sessions to extract and understand business needs and pain points
• Engage with a range of stakeholders to design and deliver optimal Salesforce solutions
• Translate business requirements into user stories and architect solutions using the Salesforce platform
• Identify business outcomes and success criteria for solutions
• Conduct fit-gap analysis between customer needs and Salesforce capabilities
• Create comprehensive solution design documents
• Work collaboratively with Technical Architects to align solution designs with technical requirements
• Provide detailed estimates for proposed solutions, highlighting benefits and risks
• Partner with various teams and vendors to create capability and platform roadmaps
• Offer thought leadership on enhancing customer operations through effective Salesforce use
• Develop strong customer relations, becoming a trusted advisor
• Demonstrate solution concepts visually and in writing
• Adjust communication styles to engage multiple audiences across all organizational levels

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of practical hands-on experience in software development
• Proficiency in requirements and user story creation
• Expertise in solution designing on Salesforce platforms
• Strong presentation skills needed to effectively communicate solution value
• Qualifications include Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator and specialized cloud certifications such as Sales Cloud or Service Cloud
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

• Salesforce Experience Cloud certification
