Senior Systems Engineer - Observability Description
We are looking for a remote Senior Systems Engineer - Observability to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building an observability environment in cloud environments, collaborating with software engineering teams, and focusing on best practices for aggregating logs and observability metrics.

Responsibilities
- Build an observability environment in cloud environments
- Collaborate with software engineering teams
- Focus on best practices for aggregating logs and observability metrics
- Build dashboards and set up alerting for application states
- Work with product engineering teams to ensure high performance and observability of services
- Participate in daily standup, ad-hoc tech reviews, weekly status meetings, sprint review, demo, and retrospective
Requirements
- 4 or more years of experience in relevant coding/scripting languages
- Deep technical understanding of tools such as Splunk (log collection, dashboards, alerting), Prometheus, Grafana, and AWS CloudWatch
- Proficiency in Python, NodeJS, Golang, or similar programming languages, and Git
- Good communicational skills
- B2+ English level proficiency
