Responsibilities
- Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and deliver scalable Adobe Commerce Cloud projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and deadlines
- Advise on best practices and optimize the performance of Adobe Commerce Cloud solutions
- Stay up to date with evolving Adobe Commerce Cloud technologies and trends
- Report progress, challenges, and milestones to stakeholders in English
Requirements
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers
- Experience in fostering a culture of best practices, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- In-depth technical understanding and hands-on experience with Adobe Commerce Cloud
- Familiarity with customizing and implementing Adobe Commerce Cloud solutions for different business requirements
- Experience working with various Adobe Commerce Cloud SaaS services, tools, integrations, and functionalities
- Practical experience building and optimizing APIs using GraphQL within an Adobe Commerce Cloud environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for daily collaboration and clear documentation
- Ability to convey technical ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- English language skills at B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Knowledge of modern eCommerce trends and tools
- Experience with third-party service integrations or plugins within Adobe Commerce Cloud
