Salesforce Delivery Manager Description
We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Delivery Manager responsible for leading Salesforce projects from inception to completion.
The selected candidate will oversee all aspects of project delivery, ensure alignment with client expectations, and manage stakeholder relationships to drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Manage Salesforce projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
- Lead and mentor project teams to foster collaboration and impactful results
- Develop solid project frameworks to guide successful project initiation
- Facilitate effective communication strategies across teams and stakeholders
- Implement best practices in Salesforce integration and application to meet project goals
- Cultivate strong customer relationships and consistently deliver value aligned with their needs
- Oversee project financials, including budget forecasting, planning, and P&L management
- Navigate and adapt to changes, driving project success and scalability
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in delivery management and leadership roles
- Background in managing Salesforce projects
- Proficiency in project and resource management
- Capability to create and enforce project frameworks and communication strategies
- Understanding of revenue generation processes and cost structures within Salesforce projects
- Strong operational skills in task management and team leadership
- Fluent English communication skills at a C1 level
Nice to have
- Certifications in Salesforce and project management methodologies
- Completed coursework in Salesforce development or administration
- Experience with agile project management tools and techniques
