Lead Salesforce OmniStudio Developer Description
We are seeking a driven and experienced Lead Salesforce OmniStudio Developer to join our team.
This role requires a talent who can innovate and translate business needs into effective technical solutions using OmniStudio tools. The perfect candidate will excellently handle stakeholder interactions and operate both autonomously and within a diverse team setting to bring Salesforce projects to life.

Responsibilities
- Guide the team in developing and implementing Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio
- Translate wireframes into functional system requirements
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Collaborate within a globally distributed team
- Manage projects independently, including adapting to priority shifts and foreseeing potential challenges
- Ensure development adheres to Salesforce best practices and remains updated with the latest OmniStudio technologies
- Solve complex problems using OmniStudio tools
- Direct multiple projects and tasks efficiently
- Implement projects in line with both client and internal specifications
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in development processes
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Primary Clouds including Sales, Service, and Community Cloud
- Background in developing Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio with at least 3 years of experience
- Expertise in OmniStudio and Salesforce Financial Services
- Strong understanding of Salesforce OmniStudio components
- Proven track record in managing stakeholder relationships
- Skills in translating complex business requirements into technical outputs
- Capability to work autonomously and in a team
- Familiarity with a distributed team environment across varying locations, including the UK, CEE, and Argentina
- Competency to maintain project scopes and deadlines in a dynamic setting
