Senior Web & Digital Analyst Description
We are seeking a talented Senior Web & Digital Analyst to join EPAM's dynamic team.
As a key player in our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering data-driven insights and strategies to optimize the online presence of our clients across Europe.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

Responsibilities
- Design measurement frameworks and set key performance indicators to track client success
- Innovate tracking deployment for accurate data collection
- Develop insightful, automated dashboards using Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Power BI
- Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance clients’ online strategies
- Undertake thorough research across all aspects of clients' digital strategies
- Collaborate extensively with various departments to equip our customers with transformative business intelligence
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering
- 3+ years of Web Analytics experience and a background in online marketing strategies like SEO
- Proficiency in using Web Analytics tools, tag management systems, and data visualization tools
- Expertise in A/B testing methodologies
- Strong statistical and analytical capabilities with a knack for identifying trends and anomalies in data
- English proficiency at B2+ level in both written and spoken communication
- Qualifications in SQL or Python and knowledge of JavaScript are highly advantageous
