QA Manager / QA Transformation Leader Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic QA Manager / QA Transformation Leader to join the managerial team of our customer.
In this role, you will act as both a QA transformation leader and a generic QA manager, working closely with the EPAM team to drive the AI-enablement of customer's QA processes and manage various QA initiatives. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage extensively with our client, a global leader in insurance.

Responsibilities
- Supervise the EPAM team joining the account, focusing on AI enablement in QA processes and documentation
- Manage current, smaller QA initiatives and engagements
- Collaborate with a globally distributed team including stakeholders from the customer's side, EPAM, and other vendors
- Exhibit excellent program and team management skills
- Facilitate significant growth and development opportunities within the team
Requirements
- Significant managerial and QA background
- Proven track record in major customer QA activities
- Strong experience in leading project or program level engagements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work with a globally distributed team across different working hours
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies
- Proficient in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and TestRail
- Understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices
Nice to have
- Exceptional knowledge and understanding of AI in QA processes and documentation
- Familiarity with the insurance industry, ideally with experience at global firms
- Degree in a related field such as Computer Science or Engineering
- Ability to strategically implement QA transformation within large organizations
