Senior / Lead React Native Engineer Description
We are seeking a motivated Senior / Lead React Native Engineer dedicated to innovation and technology excellence.
Our dynamic team uses the latest DevOps methodologies to test and deploy solutions, employing advanced technologies like Jenkins, Selenium, Appium, and SonarQube. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications. You’ll collaborate with diverse teams to craft mobile solutions that excel in performance, quality, and responsiveness. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with existing client and vendor teams from the US, Ireland, and Poland
- Engage in daily communications with clients and vendors
- Deliver features in close cooperation with the scrum team
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship as a Lead Engineer in React Native development
- Oversee the technical solutions and become the team’s primary contact for development and technical inquiries
- Collaborate with senior engineers to ensure all work meets our standards of excellence, including code and test reviews and pair programming
- Assist Project Management and Product Management teams with release planning
- Offer technical insights on emerging technologies and contribute to professional development initiatives
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with React Native (React Navigation, React Native view layer, Redux, React Native Firebase for push notifications & crash reporting)
- Background in iOS and Android mobile application development
- Understanding of mobile development design patterns and concepts
- Competency in working within an agile framework
- Strong accountability and diligent work ethic to achieve end results
- Capability to manage demanding timelines and client expectations
- English proficiency at upper-intermediate level or above
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams or projects with outstanding leadership qualities
