Senior Technical Delivery Manager with Salesforce experience Description

We are in search of a Senior Technical Delivery Manager with expertise in Salesforce to lead distributed teams throughout various LATAM locations.

This position will require close cooperation with onsite Business Analysts, Technical Project Managers, and Delivery Managers from the US, Poland, and India to effectively oversee Salesforce projects.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with onsite client stakeholders and technical teams across multiple locations and vendors
  • Deliver project management, cross-functional coordination, and inter/intra-team communications to achieve outstanding program outcomes
  • Determine and collect input from stakeholders to define and clarify requirements
  • Oversee concise definition of scope throughout the entire program
  • Develop and sustain documentation pertinent to the management of the program and associated projects
  • Work in close proximity with software engineers, QA, product managers, and other engineering teams to guide high-quality products and features through the software project lifecycle
  • Oversee project schedules, identify potential issues and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders
  • Oversee release schedules and milestones, maintaining high velocity in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum of 12 years of hands-on practical experience in Salesforce technologies including experience with Field Service Lightning and Service Cloud
  • Competency in CRM Sales, Customer Service functionality, and integrations to external systems
  • Capability to engage with engineering teams and participate in understanding/reviewing code solutions using Salesforce core programming languages including Vlocity, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, SOQL, RestAPIs
  • Background in client interaction and leadership of project teams in an onsite-offshore engagement model
  • Expertise in software development and managing end-to-end execution of programs involving multiple engineering teams across global locations
  • Strong skills in conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Proficiency in spoken and written communication skills
  • Background of working cross-functionally within a team that includes both technical and non-technical members
