Salesforce Lead Architect Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Lead Architect with strong technical expertise in Salesforce and related ecosystems (Azure, middleware, etc.) to ensure end-to-end solutions and support for troubleshooting critical issues (P1/P2).
In this role, you will act as the Ad Interim Lead Architect for our team, overseeing the architecture function alongside the Co-Lead from our SI. You will manage a team of approximately 10 architects and work closely with a delivery and operations team of 50 FTEs.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and optimal performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Integrate Axtria and Pitcher platforms with Salesforce, leveraging your expertise in seamless data flow and process automation
- Design and implement solutions that enhance the overall efficiency of the integrated ecosystem
- Utilize your Conga expertise to configure and optimize document generation, contract management, and e-signature processes within Salesforce
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and customize Conga solutions accordingly
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team
- Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices, ensuring the continuous improvement of our Salesforce environment
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and end-users, to understand business requirements and provide technical guidance
- Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions
- Extensive knowledge of Axtria, Pitcher, and Conga platforms
- Strong understanding of integration methodologies and best practices
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
