IT Project Manager Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to manage and oversee the integration efforts of our client across various streams in Italy (preferrably North of Italy). The role requires a mix of remote and on-site work in a hybrid model.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project and program management with a proven track record in delivering complex integration projects. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless integration, driving strategic initiatives and achieving project objectives within scope, time and budget.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of IT Project Management experience
- Practical experience with Agile Scrum and Jira
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Able to drive full planning cycle on a large-size project
- Effectively manage reporting on all levels. Support project team to improve quality and transparency of reporting artifacts
- Able to scale SDLC for larger projects, multiple parallel teams and deliverables
- Able to consult technical stakeholders on engineering excellence
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Native Italian, fluent English skill is a must
