Responsibilities
- Develop and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements
- Collaborate with Business Analysts & Testers to ensure quality solutions align with client expectations
- Work in SAFe environment as a part of Scrum team
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development, spanning all major products: Customer Service Management, Governance, Risk and Compliance / Integrated Risk Management, HR Service Delivery, IT Operations Management, IT Service Management, Now Platform App Engine, Security Operations
- Expertise in JS coding
- Familiarity with software development process (Agile)
- Understanding of ITIL (foundation level)
- Understanding of relational database concepts
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP
- Strong problem-solving skills
- English level – B2 and above
