ServiceNow Architect Description
We are looking for a dynamic ServiceNow Architect to become part of our expanding team and assist in developing tailor-made solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
In this position, you will be of critical importance across a wide range of projects in ITSM, ITOM, HR, and other business sectors, servicing clients globally.
This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Georgia, whether it's your home, well-equipped offices in Tbilisi and Batumi or a coworking space in Kutaisi.

Responsibilities
- Analyze, estimate, and formulate technical solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform
- Act as a technical expert, supporting the customer and team members
- Ensure development is conducted in alignment with client needs and industry best practices
- Engage in sessions to collect requirements
- Work closely with diverse stakeholders and team collaborators
- Maintain and update design specifications and architectural blueprints
- Engineer, develop and showcase proof of concept models
- Engage in recruitment and skill rating processes related to ServiceNow development
Requirements
- Proficiency in applying diverse applications and modules of the ServiceNow platform
- Background in crafting intricate solutions on the ServiceNow platform, which includes third-party system integrations
- Strong communication and presentation capabilities, able to clarify intricate technical details to both engineers and senior managers
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Solid knowledge of ITIL
- Experience in managing a team of developers and serving as a mentor
- Skills in dealing directly with technical and business stakeholders for customers
- Competency in English at a B2+ level
- Understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST, SOAP, and AngularJS
Nice to have
- Knowledge of SQL
- Skills in PowerShell
- Understanding of LDAP
- Familiarity with various cloud providers
