Responsibilities
- Design and implement data ingestion solutions using Cloud Native, Big Data related technologies (including configuration management, monitoring, debugging and performance tuning)
- Manage code review and dev testing of solutions to ensure it meets best practice specifications
- Build collaborative partnerships with data solution architects and key individuals within other functional groups
Requirements
- Solid background in Software Engineering for more than 5 years
- Advance experienced in Data Software Engineering. PROD experience in building data ingestion pipelines
- Deep understanding of SQL queries, joins, stored procedures, relational schemas, and SQL optimization
- Programming Languages: Python/Java/Scala and SQL
- Cloud-Native stack: Databricks, AWS
- Big Data stack: Spark Core, Kafka, Kafka Connect, Airflow
- Motivated, independent, efficient, and able to handle several projects
- Practical experience in performance tuning, optimization, and problem analysis
- English proficiency: B2+
