Lead Front-end Developer (JavaScript) Description
We are on the lookout for an experienced Lead Front-end Developer (JavaScript) who is ready to elevate our team with their expertise.
You will focus your efforts on creating scalable front-end applications with modern technologies, playing a pivotal role in decision-making and spearheading various developmental initiatives. As an integral part of our team, your contributions will critically influence the evolution of our products and services, ensuring that they surpass industry benchmarks.

Responsibilities
- Leading the creation of front-end applications using ReactJS
- Developing and sustaining efficient, reusable, and dependable JavaScript code
- Crafting front-end components and functionalities using Amazon Web Services
- Cooperating closely with backend developers and UX/UI designers for smooth integration
- Undertaking thorough testing of applications with Jest
- Improving application performance by optimizing components
- Tackling and resolving technical issues and challenges
- Maintaining code version updates using Git in GitHub
- Providing security and data protection as per standard regulations
- Promoting best practices within the team and advocating for Agile methodologies
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in the software development field
- Over 1 year in a relevant leadership role
- Knowledge of JavaScript and ReactJS
- Qualifications in Amazon Web Services
- Skills in employing Jest for testing frameworks
- Expertise in microservices architecture within cloud environments
- Background in application deployment using Docker and Kubernetes
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and proficiency with their integration
- Competency in code versioning with Git – GitHub
- Proficiency in automating workflows using GitHub Actions
- Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodologies and Agile development practices
- Mastery of the English language at minimum C1 on the CEFR scale; preference for knowledge of Portuguese
Nice to have
- Flexibility to use Next.js in project work
- Capability to construct advanced UI prototypes
- Demonstration of proficiency with Vite in modern web environments
