Associate Program Coordinator Description

We are seeking an Associate Program Coordinator to become an integral part of our remote team. This pivotal role demands a robust background in engineering and prior experience with Big 4 consulting or audit projects, coupled with a knack for process enhancement. The ideal candidate will contribute significantly to improving our services and fostering professional growth throughout our international organization.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee the execution of program initiatives
  • Monitor program timelines and milestones to ensure timely delivery
  • Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders
  • Manage resources and budget allocations for programs
  • Implement strategies to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness
  • Evaluate program performance and recommend improvements
  • Support the development and training of team members
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry regulations
  • Prepare detailed reports on program progress and outcomes
  • Act as a liaison to resolve any issues that may impact program success

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of IT experience, specifically in software engineering
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience managing a team of 5 or more in a managerial or similar capacity
  • Proven track record of involvement in at least 2 full cycle projects or participation in various project phases throughout the development lifecycle
  • Strong understanding of process optimization techniques to enhance operational workflows
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets for making informed strategic decisions
  • Proficient in communicating effectively within a distributed and multicultural environment
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills to effectively address and resolve challenges
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills at an Advanced level

Nice to have

  • Relevant professional certifications in project management or related fields
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
  • Experience in interviewing, mentoring, and guiding technical professionals to enhance team capabilities and performance
