People Operations Specialist Description
The People Operations Specialist is integral to managing and enhancing the human resources functions of our organization. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, from administrative tasks such as payroll processing and benefits administration to more strategic functions like the development of employee-centric programs and oversight of staff mobility. The ideal candidate should be proactive, possess exemplary communication skills, and maintain the utmost confidentiality in all dealings.

Responsibilities
- Support and implement various people-oriented processes, programs, and organizational events
- Handle all aspects of international mobility, including processing immigration applications, securing visas, and collaborating with external partners
- Coordinate all aspects of business travel, from document preparation for visas to logistical support for international trips
- Communicate effectively and promptly with employees about details concerning their relocation or business travel
- Autonomously organize and prioritize daily activities to align with company goals
- Uphold rigorous confidentiality in managing sensitive HR information
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in HR advisory or generalist roles, with a strong background in areas such as employee programs, payroll, benefits, leave management, and staff mobility
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, with a preference for candidates with HR or Organizational Development qualifications
- Demonstrated high moral standards and integrity
- Excellent communication abilities with effective information delivery
- Ability to work independently and efficiently without direct oversight
- Proficiency in English, achieving at least a B2 level of competence
