Senior UI/UX Designer Description
We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who thrives on solving complex problems and delivering seamless, user-centered experiences across enterprise digital platforms.
This role goes beyond visual design — you’ll be deeply involved in the full product lifecycle, from discovery and user research to prototyping, refinement, and handoff. If you're passionate about crafting functional and elegant design solutions, working closely with cross-functional Agile teams, and want to own the design process end-to-end using tools like Figma, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
- Design and deliver wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs primarily using Figma
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to support Jira ticket preparation and participate in refinement/backlog grooming sessions
- Work within Agile teams, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups and iterative feedback loops
- Ensure enterprise designs are functional, intuitive and aligned with usability and accessibility best practices
- Analyze user behavior through usability testing and research, integrating findings into improved design outcomes
- Maintain consistency through design systems, documentation and shared libraries
- Participate in design reviews, providing and incorporating feedback to drive quality and alignment
- Stay informed about industry trends, UI/UX techniques and emerging design tools
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in UI/UX design with a focus on enterprise, B2B, or productivity applications
- Hands-on experience and proficiency with Figma, including components, prototyping and team libraries
- Solid understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics and responsive design standards
- Practical experience collaborating with Agile teams and supporting Jira workflows and refinement sessions
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product managers, developers and QA to deliver design solutions aligned with both user and business goals
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset with a passion for delivering user-friendly designs
- Portfolio showcasing enterprise-grade UI/UX projects, clearly articulating your design rationale
