We are seeking a Chief DevOps Engineer.
In this role, you will help clients create workflows and code for high-performance computing environments. You will also have the chance to optimize code and collaborate with users to resolve any issues.

Responsibilities
- Provide support to users in creating workflows and code for BR compute environments
- Offer guidance on scheduler policies and resource allocation
- Identify optimization areas in code to enhance runtime or reduce resource usage
- Engage with users to analyze flagged jobs and collaboratively develop solutions
- Classify common challenges and collaborate with data and computational science teams to establish best practices
- Support users in drug development workflows frequently found in biotech and pharmaceutical R&D settings
- Coordinate with globally distributed users and teams
- Communicate effectively with users across a range of technical proficiencies
- Maintain consistent engagement with the user base
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps
- 2+ years in a leadership role
- Knowledge of developing workflows and code for high-performance computing systems
- Expertise in Linux systems
- Proficiency in Python and R programming languages
- Background in CUDA programming, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
- Familiarity with Amazon Web Services
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of user requirements and constraints
- Competency to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
