Senior DevOps Engineer Description
We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer.
In this role, you will assist clients in developing workflows and code for high-performance computing environments. You will also have the opportunity to review code for optimization and collaborate with users to address any issues that arise.

Responsibilities
- Assist users in developing workflows and code for execution on BR compute environments
- Provide guidance on scheduler policies and resource requests
- Review code to identify optimization areas that improve runtime or reduce resource requirements
- Follow up with users on jobs flagged as problematic and collaboratively identify solutions
- Categorize common pitfalls and propose best practices in collaboration with data and computational science teams
- Support users in drug development workflows commonly encountered in biotech and pharmaceutical R&D
- Collaborate with globally distributed users and teams
- Communicate effectively with users of varying technical competencies
- Maintain proactive engagement with user base
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in DevOps
- Experience in developing workflows and code for high-performance computing systems
- Expertise in Linux systems
- Proficiency in Python and R programming languages
- Background in CUDA programming, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
- Familiarity with Amazon Web Services
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Capability to understand user requirements and constraints
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
