Responsibilities
- English instruction and materials design for EFL courses, with focus on Business and Intercultural Communication
- Participation in corporate language assessment
- Organization of extracurricular student activities if interested
- Communication of student progress
- Professional interaction with all internal customers using strong interpersonal skills
Requirements
- Proficient or native English
- Qualification: bachelor’s degree in TESOL, English or Applied Linguistics, or a certificate in language teaching (e.g., CELTA, TESOL)
- Preference will be given to candidates who have 3+ years of experience in working with EFL students in a workplace or educational setting
- Excellent command of the latest communicative and student-centered ELT approaches and methods in online and offline teaching
- Experience in conducting online group lessons
- Desire for ongoing learning and professional development
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong service-orientation
- Ability to work independently and maintain good team spirit
