Lead UIPath Developer Description
We're looking for a Lead UIPath Developer to join our team in Eindhoven a in hybrid work environment (2 on-site days per week required). The ideal candidate will take on the role of a Technical Leader, guiding and supporting the team to ensure the successful and efficient delivery of automation solutions. You will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement, providing technical expertise and facilitating best practices to enhance the performance and productivity of the team.

Responsibilities
- Design (architecture), develop, test and maintain RPA automations using UiPath (including PROD support)
- Collaborate with business representatives to collect, refine and analyse requirements
- Prepare technical documentation and user manuals
- UAT support for business stakeholders
- Train end-users on the new automations implemented
- Guiding the team (we build – we own – we support)
Requirements
- On-site presence at the Eindhoven office is required 2 days per week
- Dutch speaking skills at B2 level and higher
- Strong .NET knowledge, proficiency with UiPath, RPA and Power Automate
- Experience with APIs build and Integrations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Certified UiPath RPA Developer, Certified UiPath Infrastructure Training
- Other UiPath related certifications will be an advantage
- People- and technical leadership experience
