Program process
Our training program consists of three stages. The first two weeks are dedicated to self-study, complemented by theory quizzes and practical tasks. During this period, you will cover the fundamentals of ServiceNow, including exploring user, role, and group configurations and understanding the process of requesting a Personal Developer Instance (PDI).
If you demonstrate strong performance and successfully clear the technical interview, you will advance to the second stage of the program. This stage extends up to 1.5 months and features more in-depth self-study materials accompanied by practical tasks and regular Q&A sessions. Depending on your progress, you may qualify for the third stage—the internship at EPAM Lab—where you will acquire invaluable hands-on experience at the forefront of the industry.

What You Have
- English level from B1 (Intermediate) and higher
- Basic JavaScript knowledge and experience in Front-End application development
- Understanding of web markup languages, including HTML5 and CSS3
- Familiarity with the REST architecture style and HTTP protocol
Nice to Have
- University degree in Computer Science
- Experience in implementing REST API integrations
- Basic understanding of the ITSM processes
