Step into the role of Tech Partnership Programs Coordinator Senior at EPAM and become a pivotal member of our Developer Relations team.

Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and update the team database of existing partnerships and engagements; follow up on existing leads and monitor the progress of open engagements
- Manage communication with various internal and external teams, building and fostering relationships and collaborations
- Provide proactive support for other business processes within the team's scope to meet program and project needs
- Collect feedback and program data, analyze, prepare, and present insights and results to the Program Lead
- Coordinate the team calendar, process and prioritize requests, manage scheduling, and prepare summaries and follow-ups
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in project administration, account operations, or similar roles with excellent coordination skills and the ability to oversee multiple work streams
- Comfortable interacting and communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Great time management skills, ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage your own tasks
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheets, with the ability to use various functions to effectively process and manage information and data
- English Level Writing/Speaking C1
Nice to Have
- Experience in partnership, account management positions, or similar roles
- Experience as a member or leader of a community (developers community, student organization, non-governmental organization, charity organizations)
