Responsibilities
- Draft, maintain, and execute test cases
- Identify and report defects found during testing
- Execute a variety of testing techniques to ensure the highest possible quality of the product before release
- Collaborate with product owners and test leads to define acceptance criteria, identify risks, and plan testing coverage for upcoming features
- Provide estimations for testing efforts
Requirements
- Strong experience in software testing and .Net skills
- Experience with designing, developing, and executing automation scripts
- Strong understanding of troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Experience with identifying, tracking bugs, and using defect tracking systems
- Experience with Git or any other source code management/version control system
- Experience with MacOS/Linux/Unix
- Knowledge of SQL
- Experience in API testing (Postman, soapUI, Restsharp, etc.)
Nice to Have
- Experience authoring, executing, and automating unit testing
- Experience setting up and maintaining continuous integration systems
- Knowledge of test-driven development
- Experience with building, testing, and deploying changes to software using Docker and container orchestration services like Kubernetes or AWS
- Experience working with cloud infrastructure and IT security protocols
- Experience with Ansible, Bash, PowerShell
- Experience working with databases (PostgreSQL) is a plus
- Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, NodeJS, ReactJS) is a plus
