Salesforce Delivery Manager Description



We are hiring a Salesforce Delivery Manager/Director, who is passionate about leading strategic initiatives and making a huge impact on projects. Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive project plan, including scope, goals, deliverables, resources, and timelines
  • Lead and guide project teams, providing clear direction, support, and mentorship throughout the project lifecycle
  • Conduct regular project status meetings with stakeholders to communicate progress, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project objectives
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project requirements, identify business needs, and develop tailored solutions
  • Oversee project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient utilization of resources
  • Identify potential risks and proactively implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions
  • Ensure project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to all relevant stakeholders
  • Employ a consultative selling approach aligned with clients’ business needs and the corresponding Salesforce product mix, backed by substantial experience
  • Demonstrate expertise in aligning industry trends with digital strategies and technology solutions

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Delivery Management, successfully leading and delivering Salesforce projects for enterprise clients
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, fostering productive working relationships and effectively conveying project requirements and objectives to internal teams and external clients
  • Previous experience with Managed Services is advantageous
  • Familiarity with Project Discovery, Red project recovery or firefighting, or Greenfield project or process setup would be beneficial
  • Ability and willingness to work at client locations in the Atlanta metro area
