Product Manager Hong Kong, Hong Kong SAR

What You’ll Do

• Oversee the development of technical enhancements and system improvements involving Client Onboarding (COB), KYC, using Goldtier software
• Manage product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs
• Prioritize product backlog and coordinate with technical teams to execute product development plans
• Collaborate with clients to identify and define technical requirements and translate these into new product features
• Consistently address issues and provide client support on the Goldtier software platform
• Prepare and manage product releases, coordinating with tech and support teams for seamless deployment
• Contribute to decisions in product development, feature building, and incorporate risk due diligence into the testing process
• Troubleshoot complex product-related issues, disseminate solutions, and knowledge across the team

What You Have

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in a product management role, preferably with experience with either Goldtier, KYC, or COB in the financial services industry
• Strong interpersonal skills and client-facing experience
• Experience in both waterfall and agile methodologies
• Leadership qualities and the ability to work with a diverse team
• Sound decision-making skills, based on thorough risk due diligence
• Excellent technical problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage remotely located clients
• Fluent verbal/written English communication skills
• Proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin would be considered an advantage
