• This is the best role for you if you strive in teams but also perform well on your own. Various projects, great atmosphere and a multinational environment will ensure the professional background for your success.
• The job holder should ensure efficient, effective and complete support for the manager and/or employees of the department, in line with internal directives, enabling their own job(s) to be performed efficiently. Moreover, the job requires project administration and client services experience.
• Reports directly to the Director, provides the necessary project and departmental support to the director, the teams, as well as project managers.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide operational and administrative support to the IT Director and his teams, act as the point of contact for internal clients, external partners …
  • Prepare communication materials - Powerpoint presentations
  • Take minutes at (Project) Meetings
  • Issue and follow-up of purchase orders, manage the relationship with suppliers
  • Liaise with the project teams to understand administration requirements for ongoing and future projects
  • Prepare attractive presentations for several purposes
  • Responsible for the co-ordination and organization of (international) department meetings (travel, meeting rooms, accommodation …)

What You Have

  • Previous experience with calendar management - in Outlook or Google Calendar
  • Professional English level - written and spoken
  • Previous experience with travel management and stakeholders is nice to have
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • An accurate and reliable way of working
  • Very good communication and organizational skills
  • Pro-active and solution-oriented behaviour
  • Proactivity, attention to detail, adaptability
  • At least 5 years plus for this position
