Senior Software Test Automation Engineer (Python) Malaysia

What You Have

• Identify effective resource utilization and testing methods, with a focus on automation opportunities using Python
• Manually execute test cases across various functionalities, logging defects and bugs in the tracking system
• Conduct exploratory testing to uncover potential issues not covered by predefined test cases
• Update test cases and steps to reflect the current application version
• Prepare and maintain a test data bank to support multiple scenario-based testing
• Participate in usability testing sessions to identify and suggest improvements
• Prepare detailed test reports documenting test execution results, defect logs, and regression testing coverage

What you will do

• Experience in customer-facing roles
• Strong background in test management and functional testing
• Proficiency in Python programming for test automation
• Understanding of Test Automation Approaches and Test Automation Principles
• Nice to have: Experience with Karate and Gatling
