We are seeking a talented Lead Full Stack Engineer with expertise in Java and React to join our team. Responsibilities
- Lead the technical architecture, design, and development of scalable solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Mentor and guide team members, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices
- Develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka for message processing
- Develop responsive user interfaces using ReactJS
- Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of applications
- Implement and maintain integrations with databases and third-party services
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, provide timely resolutions
- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices
Requirements
- Proficiency in Java with at least 5 years of hands-on experience
- Experience with Kafka and Spring Boot
- Good knowledge of at least one SQL RDBMS (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server)
- Good knowledge of at least one NoSQL Database (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis)
- Experience with ReactJS for frontend development
- Understanding of Content Management Systems (CMS) principles
- Knowledge of at least one cloud platform, preferably Azure Cloud
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively communicate with the team
- Upper-intermediate or higher English level, both spoken and written (B2+)
Nice to have
- Experience with MS Azure Cloud, especially AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service)
- Understanding or experience with GraphQL
