Program path & stages
Our learning path will include several stages, offering you a step-by-step approach to gaining in-depth knowledge in testing. By participating, you will have the opportunity to:
• Collaborate in a Scrum team, attending ceremonies and utilizing Scrum artifacts
• Get acquainted with requirements analysis and test scenarios creation
• Develop skills in identifying and reporting software defects
• Discover the peculiarities of API, database and HTML/CSS for testing
• Try different types of testing: web application, mobile, accessibility and even game testing
Based on your demonstrated skills and available opportunities at EPAM, you will be able to join our Lab and get hands-on experience at the forefront of the industry.

What You Have
- English level from B1 (Intermediate) and higher
- Strong communication skills
- Solid knowledge of functional testing basics
Nice to have
- Good command of programming basics, networks, API and databases
