Our Engineering Enablement Department has a purpose to accelerate our teams worldwide. We strive to provide teams with a set of tools and services to enable them to unlock their full potential. As an engineer in engineering enablement, you build products and platforms for our engineers. You contribute directly to creating a state-of-the-art, self-service eco-system of products and automation. This is a mission you will not take on solo, but as a full-fledged member of the enablement team. Following Inner-Sourcing principles, you will work with users and maintainers throughout the whole organization to fit your ideas into the bigger picture: Accelerate our product teams, so they can deliver quality customer value quickly and autonomously.

As an engineer in engineering enablement, you build products and platforms for our engineers. What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain our Cloud products, technical platforms, or paved roads with state-of-the-art technology
- Leverage your specialist knowledge of your field to help decide the best technical architecture and solutions for our complete organization
- Be a part of the larger enablement community and help us improve every day
- Work with an “open-source and build yourself” mentality in a corporate environment: inner-sourcing
- Collaborate with development teams to design, maintain Terraform templates for provisioning infrastructure resources and implement deployment pipelines and strategies for new and existing applications
- Coordinate with system administrators to ensure effective backup and disaster recovery procedures are in place
- Designing and implementing HA infrastructure on Azure platform
- Collaborate with software developers to design and implement database changes related to application development
- Optimize database performance by monitoring efficiency and recommending performance improvements
- Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems across multiple servers
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in infrastructure automation, IaC, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD)
What You Have
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience as an SRE Engineer
- Experience with the design and implementation of automation workflows using GitHub Actions to streamline our automation processes
- Know how to build and manage CI/CD pipelines for our applications on Azure DevOps
- Collaborate with teams to design, maintain IaC (Azure ARM/Biceps & Terraform) templates for provisioning infrastructure resources and implement deployment pipelines and strategies for new and existing applications
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and playbooks using Ansible to streamline configuration, management, and orchestration of cloud resources
- Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems across multiple servers
- Areas of expertise in Azure MSSQL developer for L2 support on a day to day basis
