Responsibilities

  • HPC applications support, deployment, update and monitoring, user communication
  • Ensure Data science use cases (e.g. via Python, R, IDEs, command line) properly utilize to efficiently train models and make the most of scarce GPUs

Requirements

  • Strong user-facing / communication skills
  • Expert Linux skills
  • HPC skills & previous experience
  • Some understanding of HPC "best practices" for submitting jobs to scheduler to efficiently distribute workloads
  • Ability to troubleshoot, perform root-cause-analysis, and navigate / help navigate our RX & DDIT ticketing and processes, as needed
  • Ideally (if you are able to find in the same candidate) Python skills

Nice to have

  • Work experience with Life Science / BioTech / Pharma a plus
  • Familiarity with R language
