Associate Product Manager Description

We are seeking an individual with broad-ranging expertise in Ads & Data Product Management to enhance our digital platforms.

This role requires a deep understanding of the technical aspects of the digital advertising ecosystem and an ability to use data to drive advertiser value. The ideal candidate will strategize and optimize the use of our platform to improve consumer experience and maximize advertiser benefits. This role demands a comprehensive grasp of agency and brand purchasing behaviors and preferences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop ad-tech and data product roadmaps in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders including ad engineering, ad operations, partnerships/sales, privacy, and marketing teams
  • Conceive, create, monetize, and measure innovative digital advertising and data opportunities
  • Craft product requirements documents and functional specifications; continuously enhance existing products with input from cross-functional stakeholders and partners
  • Act as the representative for commercial teams, clients and external partners in product roadmap discussions while navigating other product needs and priorities
  • Manage product delivery and set business expectations from inception through implementation and ongoing enhancement
  • Communicate complex information clearly and in an actionable way for senior leadership
  • Monitor, evaluate, and adapt to ongoing changes in the advertising industry

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of product management experience
  • Proficiency in DSPs, SSPs, CSSs, ad servers, optimization models, inventory management, cleanrooms
  • Familiarity with CDPs, programmatic IDs and graphs, measurement technologies
  • Experience with audience measurement data including ACR and TV analytics
  • Understanding of marketing funnel data use cases across planning, activation, targeting, measurement, attribution, conversion and evolving data collaboration and identity solutions
  • Capability to manage large, sometimes unstructured datasets and deriving strategic insights from them
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills through quantitative and qualitative analysis of product concepts, strategic opportunities, and competitive threats
  • Fluent English communication skills at a C1+ level

Nice to have

  • Prior experience with programmatic advertising at platforms such as content providers, display/banner networks, streaming video services or CTV platforms
