Senior Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant Lviv, Ukraine or Remote

Responsibilities

• Engage in all aspects of solution implementation, from analyzing customer business requirements to configuring Microsoft Dynamics to meet customer needs in D365 Finance
• Work collaboratively with Project Managers and both internal and external teams to develop a comprehensive set of requirements aligned to business objectives, with a thorough understanding of existing business processes
• Offer deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and assess customer business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality
• Utilize the prescribed Microsoft Dynamics implementation methodology, understanding key activities and deliverables for client engagement and internal projects
• Document business requirements that outline required actions and expected outcomes
• Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics applications to meet business requirements
• Facilitate customer decision-making for necessary modifications to processes or the Microsoft Dynamics application and develop the functional design document to guide the development process
• Conduct acceptance testing and train customer resources to use and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics application effectively

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of the Finance domain within Dynamics 365 F&O
• Proven experience in D365 rollouts in mid to large-sized organizations
• Proficient English communication skills
• Exceptional analytical skills and insight
• Experience in the industry with an understanding of challenges and risks in implementing vertical applications
• Commitment to team-oriented goals and alignment with team priorities
• Capability to influence, negotiate, and build consensus
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in organizational change

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the Supply Chain Management domain of Dynamics 365 F&O
