Senior Salesforce Engineer Ukraine or Remote

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Customize and configure Salesforce to meet project requirements
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Integrate Salesforce with other applications using web services and API integrations
• Ensure the best practices are followed for Salesforce development and customization
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Salesforce applications
• Create and maintain technical documentation related to Salesforce solutions
• Ensure data security and manage user access
• Optimize Salesforce system performance
• Lead Salesforce implementation projects
• Provide ongoing support and system maintenance
• Develop and customize reports and dashboards
• Implement automation processes using Salesforce tools

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and development
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer)
• Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning components
• Competency in integrating Salesforce with other applications via APIs, web services
• Background in data modeling, unit testing
• Expertise in Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD processes
• Understanding of low-code automation tools within Salesforce
• Strong analytical skills to analyze and understand complex business requirements
• Flexibility to select the best technology solutions for specific business challenges
• Effective interpersonal communication skills for collaboration with various stakeholders
• Enthusiasm for delivering high-quality, scalable cloud solutions
• Commitment to continued learning and staying updated with Salesforce's evolving features
• Upper-intermediate level of English (B2+ proficiency)
