Data Analytics Engineering Trainee Description
EPAM Campus offers free training to help you learn Data Analytics Engineering and master popular data technologies for your career kickstart. Our program equips you with essential skills to use the power of data, transforming raw information into valuable insights that drive business growth. Register if you wish to acquire or expand your knowledge in Data Quality, Data Integration and Data Visualization.
In the 3-month program (~12 hours of weekly engagement), you will explore self-study materials, complete assigned tasks and have the opportunity to discuss questions with EPAM mentors during regular group Q&A sessions.
If you showcase impressive results and pass a technical interview successfully, we will then invite you to join the 3.5-month Data Lab (~20 hours of weekly commitment). Here, you'll learn data organization, build visualizations, perform data quality checks and become acquainted with cloud technologies.
While completing the training won't guarantee employment, it will provide you with the practical knowledge and hands-on experience needed to confidently enter the profession, whether at our company or on the broader market.

What You Have
- English proficiency level from Upper-Intermediate (B2) and higher
- Fluency in Lithuanian of C1 (Advanced) level and higher
- Basic knowledge of Relational Database Management System (DBMS) theory
- Understanding of Structured Query Language (SQL)
- Familiarity with Python basics
Nice to Have
- Degree from a technical university or other educational institution with a technical specialization
- Experience in banking and technical spheres
