Wipro Technologies may not be India’s largest outsourcing company with a "mere" $327 million in revenue in Q2. But with a 42 percent year-over-year growth rate, Paul, CEO and vice chairman, is leading Wipro’s ambition to be a global integrator and competitor to IBM and EDS.

Arkadiy Dobkin
With seven development centers and more than 1,000 employees, EPAM Systems of Princeton, N.J., is the largest provider of outsourced software services out of Russia. CEO Dobkin recently predicted EPAM will post 65 percent to 70 percent growth in the current year.

Serge Godin
With his acquisition in May of American Management Systems, CGI Group Chairman and CEO Godin suggested that the $3 billion, Montreal-based integrator’s buying spree isn’t over. Godin is gunning to be one of the top global players.
